frustrated

It's been awhile since I wrote an essay, and I'm having a hard time doing the homework. I can't think of another idea to support my opinion and it's working my nerve. It's kind of ironic that I have writer's block and we just discussed it in class.

I'm sorry you're frustrated because of writer's block! It IS very frustrating! Best advice I can offer is to put it aside for a bit, distract yourself, and then get back to it. Sometimes, that break is what we need to be able to get back on track. Or, you can freewrite for a bit on a separate sheet of paper to see if you can generate more ideas. :) Good luck!

I hate it when that happens, when you have so many ideas, but you just can't put it into paper. I agree, it is frustrating

The same thing is happening to me, either I completely forget where I was going with an idea, or I start heading in a different direction, which is just as bad. The best thing to do when that happens is take a break and continue later with a refreshed mind.

I think that everybody goes through writer's block. Even when I'm texting a friend I experience it. It's either writer's block or a brain fart! All of a sudden I forget the word that I am trying to get accross. With essays it's even worse. I hate it.
